401 charsthere were two conflicting provisions dealing with destruction by fire. Here, there was no provision for structural repairs for the parking garage. The other portions of the lease defining a “net” lease, or the agreement by Mobil to pay for roof damage cannot be used to create a promise to make the present repairs. Bogan v.
