309 charsIn point three, the Mosers claim that the trial court erred in finding for the Clines’ on the counterclaim of breach of implied warranty of habitability because the Clines failed to prove an essential element of the claim. “[A] landlord impliedly warrants the habitability of leased residential property.” Id.
