Nor, in this particular case, is much if any expertise required to permit a reasonable jury to find that the tenant's mental impairment, combined with alcohol abuse, was a contributing cause of the unsanitary condition of her apartment. We agree with the trial court that, in general, "[t]here are plenty of people who have mental disabilities who can keep their apartments clean," and that "there are plenty of people who don't have mental disabilities who don't keep their apartments clean." But, on this record, it is not readily apparent what explanation there might be—other than mental illness and *1132 alcohol abuse—for the tenant's filthy apartment.[53]
