. Appellant Kline testified that one could hardly fail to notice the police cars about *480the building after each reported crime. She further testified that in 1966, before her assault, she herself had discussed the crime situation with Miss Bloom, the landlord’s agent at the premises, and had asked her “why they didn’t do something about securing the building”. Moreover, the record contains twenty police reports of crimes occurring in the buiding in the year 1966, showing that in several instances these crimes were an almost daily occurrence. Such reports in themselves constitute contructive notice to the landlord.
