. H & M also contends that the photographs lacked a proper foundation. It asserts that the defense was not permitted to cross-examine on the photographs before they were admitted, but this assertion is belied by its own brief, which discusses the cross-examination of Fernandez on the photographs. Further, H & M complains that Fernandez did not identify the photographs individually, but only identified the eight folders in which they were contained. The trial court, however, approved this procedure beforehand without any objection from H & M. These contentions do not convince us that the trial court abused its discretion in determining that the photographs accurately reflected what they purported to depict and hence were admissible.
