In the instant case, the appellants were notified to vacate the premises “at once,” which was equivalent to notifying them to vacate on receipt of the notice, and that was on January 30th. Under the Bell case, supra, such a notice to quit was not equivalent to a general notice to quit, for it just as definitely stated the time when appellants should vacate the property as if the date January 30th had been inserted. Hence the notice does not support an eviction as of March 1st. In Jones on Landlord and Tenant, sec. 251, it is said:
