¶ 28 Here, because there is no dispute that the lease agreement required the tenants to give up their right to assign the remainder of their 25-year lease, the provision is an unenforceable waiver of the tenants' rights under the MHLTA. We conclude that the assignment clause converting the 25-year lease to a one-year or two-year lease is unenforceable because it conflicts with the MHLTA. Rent Adjustment Formula
