Although Owners also cite to Washington Water Power Co. v. Graybar Elec. Co., 112 Wn.2d 847, 774 P.2d 1199, 779 P.2d 697 (1989), that case is readily distinguishable. In Graybar, this court held only that Washington's product liability and tort reform act disallows claims for economic loss.
