On September 5, 1989, in an unpublished opinion, the Court of Appeals issued its decision. Atherton Condominium, Apartment-Owners Ass'n Bd. of Directors v. Blume Dev. Co., noted at 55 Wn. App. 1027 (1989). The Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's dismissal of Owners' claim against Blume for fraudulent concealment and reversed the trial court's retention of Maori's and Ortloff's express warranty claims. All other aspects of the trial court's orders were affirmed. Owners filed a motion for discretionary review, which we granted.
