terms of the lease, Provident was entitled to certain damages even upon termination; under the facts as found, however, the jury could conclude that those damages were nonexistent. The jury’s finding that $15,-235.25 would adequately compensate Provident for its losses is consistent with the lease and with the evidence presented. II
