515 charsImmediately after the property was vacated by Tachtronic, Welsh made attempts to re-let the premises. It entered into negotiations with another tenant in the building and allowed this tenant to use the premises without charge for several months. A lease was entered with occupancy to begin in November 1984 and with the first full rent payment due three months later on February 1, 1985. This new lease provided a monthly rent in excess of Tachtronic’s and a term longer than that remaining on the Tachtronic lease.
