Depending upon when during the spring and summer of 2009 the “Come on, Gene” incident occurred, Rolfs voluntarily resigned at least seven and a half months after the final act of alleged harassment. That is too long a span of time to support a claim that Rolfs was constructively discharged as a result of Kelly's alleged sexual harassment. See id.
