Respondent, Benjamin Danielson, moved for publication of the opinion filed on May 26, 2026 and appellant, Seattle Children’s Hospital, filed an answer to the motion, opposing publication. A majority of the panel has determined that the motion should be granted. Now, therefore, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion to publish is granted.
