329 charsWe agree with debtor’s position that the homestead statute is ambiguous in its treatment of the term “family.” We consistently have held that when a statutory provision is unclear and ambiguous, this Court will consider the statute, in its entirety to determine the purpose of the provision as intended by the Legislature.
