373 charsIt will, also, be observed that the statute in question does not assume to change the nature or essentials of a tenancy at will at common law. It only provides a new method by which the parties to the relation may terminate it as between themselves. Those incidents or limitations which attach themselves to the relation by operation of law are not affected by the statute.
