(5) To discriminate against any person or group of persons because that person's family
includes children under 18 years of age, or to make an agreement or mortgage which provides
that the agreement or mortgage shall be rendered null and void upon the birth of a child. This
paragraph shall not apply to housing for older persons as defined in subsection mm. of section 5
of P.L.1945, c.169 (C.10:5-5).

j. For any person whose activities are included within the scope of this act to refuse to
post or display such notices concerning the rights or responsibilities of persons affected by this
act as the Attorney General may by regulation require.
