511 charsIn making his complaints, Saeedi described “Sonido’s ‘practice issues [as] hav[ing] ranged from not addressing the patients’ routine abnormal data and [a] lack of providing [a] basic standard of medical care beyond detoxification, to not attending [to] and managing life-threatening conditions.’ ” Saeedi also noted in a report to Forman that Sonido’s “ ‘practice issues, a few of significant concern, have been recurring’ ” and that there was an “ ‘urgent need for direct and enhanced supervision’ ” of Sonido.
