450 chars“[Ojnce the question of lack of jurisdiction of a [tribunal] is raised . . . [it] must be disposed of no matter in what form it is presented . . . and the court must fully resolve it before proceeding further with the case.” (Internal quotation marks omitted.) Pine v. Dept. of Public Health, 100 Conn. App. 175, 179, 917 A.2d 590 (2007). We, therefore, address first the plaintiffs’ claim regarding the jurisdiction of the office of public hearings.
