372 charsThe plaintiffs’ final claim is that the referee exceeded the authority conferred upon him by § 4-61dd in fashioning an award that included ordering the plaintiffs to undergo ethics training and to revise Saeedi’s performance appraisal to include a particular score in the area of “judgment.” They contend that § 4-61dd does not authorize the referee to make such an order.
