413 charsIn the present case, the court determined that the defendant had proven sufficient facts to create a presumption that the plaintiffs action was retaliatory within the meaning of § 47a-20. Specifically, the defendant proved that the plaintiffs summary process action was filed within six months after the defendant in good faith requested that the plaintiff make repairs to the disputed stove under § 47a-20 (3). 9
