Consequently, the court grants respondents’ motions based
on CPLR 3211 (a) (4) to the extent of staying this proceeding,
after service of answers and any reply, pending resolution of
the criminal actions, but otherwise denies their motions. (AIG

SafeCard Servs. v American Express Travel Related Servs. Co.,
203 AD2d at 65-66; 342 W. 30th St. Corp. v Bradbury, 2011 NY

deliver to Part 46 their answers to the petition within 30 days
after service of this order with notice of entry. (See CPLR 3012

Part 46 any reply to the answer within 20 days after service of
