(2) Documentation that they legally occupied the property at the time the notice of condemnation or demolition was issued.
(3) The requesting resident shall also sign a liability waiver releasing Louisville Metro Government, its employees, and agents from any harm to the resident and any damage to their Personal Keepsakes, Vital Documents, or other property which may occur in the recovery attempt.
The Code Official supervising the condemnation or demolition shall have sole discretion to determine whether it is safe to make an attempt to recover some or any of the Personal Keepsakes and Vital Documents as well as the conditions of such attempt.
