(D) Notice requirements of clear boarding. In addition to all requirements pertaining to the issuance of a citation found in § 32.283(C), notice of the requirements for clear boarding shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the premises. Whenever clear boarding is required, an owner shall be given the opportunity to appeal such determination to the Code Enforcement Board. Owners may challenge the requirement for clear boarding and/or the extent of the requirements. Such appeals shall be made within seven (7) days of the posting of the notice. The notice shall inform the property owner that Metro intends to clear board the property if the violation is unremedied or if no appeal is filed. The property owner shall be personally responsible for all final orders assessing civil fines for violations and for all charges, fees, and abatement costs incurred by Louisville Metro Government in connection with the enforcement of this section.
(E) Condemnation Notice. Whenever the Code Official has condemned a structure or equipment under the provisions of this section, notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place in or about the structure affected by such notice and served on the owner or the person or persons responsible for the structure or equipment in accordance with this § 156.804. If the notice pertains to equipment, it shall also be placed on the condemned equipment and the notice shall be in the form prescribed in § 156.804.
