If a mobile home operator decides to use the land on which a mobile home is situated for some other purpose, he is given the right to dispossess the lessee upon giving a year’s notice and thus may terminate the statutory options given to the tenant. General Statutes § 21-80 (b) (1) (E).12 This statutory diminution in the common law rights of a landowner to control the use of his property simply does not rise to the level of a *643taking such as that involved in Loretto, where the owner was compelled to allow portions of his building to be occupied by equipment to be used for a purpose to which he had never consented.
