477 chars15It is important to remember that the notice provisions of paragraph 8(g) are not limited to no-cause terminations. Instead, the notice requirements are general, i.e., they apply whether the tenancy is terminated for cause or not. It makes perfect sense that a tenant who is being terminated for cause be informed of the reason, especially given the provisions of the tenancy addendum restricting the reasons for which a tenancy may be terminated during the term of the lease.
