470 chars[Note 4] The complaint, fairly read, does not raise a claim under the common law, and we express no opinion on that issue. We note in passing that the lease contracts contained a mitigation of damages provision, which required Greystar to "exercise customary diligence to relet and minimize damages" and to "credit all subsequent rent that [it] actually receive[d] from subsequent residents against [Flemming's] liability for any sums due including all reletting costs."
