Proper lawful procedure shall include, without limitation, the presentation of the rights under the Ordinance to the legal occupant on an approved form (E.O.) or a written notice containing the language from paragraph ‘Important Information to Tenant Regarding Vacancy Decontrol’ on the form (E.O.);
