415 charsOn July 27, 1983, 301 Ocean Avenue Corporation, Joseph Baur, Elaine Dobrin, David Partovi, Asim Altamimi, Akshai Rundral, Helen McClellan, Walter Bills and Gilbert Perea (hereinafter Plaintiffs) filed a petition for writ of mandate and complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief seeking to invalidate several of the Board’s Regulations. Plaintiffs are owners of real property subject to the Board’s regulation.
