In addition to affirming the breach of contract verdict, we have reversed the verdict for Bisno under C.A. section 1806, which states that the prevailing party on such a claim shall be entitled to its fees. Remaining is the C.A. section 1809 claim, based on the demand for increased rent. Should Bisno prevail, C.A. section 1809 entitles him to recover attorney’s fees. Pending resolution of the C.A. section 1809 cause of action, we reverse the attorney’s fee award for Bisno, with the parties free to assert their attorney’s fee motions again at that time. DISPOSITION
