293 charsIn any event we are satisfied that, under the circumstances here disclosed, the agreement, limited as it was in effect and fairly and openly reached, was not proscribed by the Stabilization Act or the executive orders and, being otherwise valid, is not reached by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
