Stonecroft does not challenge the trial court’s factual
findings as to the misconduct underlying the professional
negligence and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Nor does it
challenge the amount of the damages awarded to Kaushansky.
Instead, it raises two principal issues on appeal: (1) Kaushansky
failed to prove at trial the collectibility of the judgment against
the landlord; and (2) Kaushansky was not entitled to emotional
distress damages.
