320 charsFrom all of the testimony the court concludes that the tenants of the fourth floor are entitled to a 15% abatement, while the tenants of the second floor are entitled to a 5% abatement. Claims under the warranty, other than those relating to the leaks, are not such as to justify a higher abatement. COMMERCIAL OCCUPANCY
