538 chars(j) A court order issued pursuant to subsection (i) of this section shall be effective upon issuance and provide for conveyance of the mobile home and any security deposit held by the park owner by uniform mobile home bill of sale executed on behalf of the mobile home owner in “as is” condition, free and clear of all liens and other encumbrances of record.
