405 chars(h) If the court finds that the park owner has complied with subsection (g) of this section, the court shall enter an order approving the sale of the mobile home at a public auction to be held within 15 days of the date of the order. The mobile home park owner shall send the order by first-class mail to the mobile home owner and all lien holders of record. The order shall require all the following:
