467 charsThe Plaintiff, 215 Summer Street, LLC, through its attorney, Megan Calla, Esq., filed duplicate motions seeking relief from a final judgment pursuant to Rule 60(b)(1) of the Vermont Rules of Civil Procedure (V RRCP) The Plaintiff seeks relief from judgment in favor of the Defendants, Melissa Thibodeau, Debra Tilton and JJoshua Thibodeau, on the no-cause termination of lease claim to seemingly be able to re-open the litigation and bench trial on that single count.
