The Board shall revoke any permit granted pursuant to this section whenever it or the Administrator determines that any of the provisions of Subsections A1, A2, A5, A6, A7 or A9 of this section have been materially violated or invalidated and the unit shall then again be subject to the Act and to this chapter, notwithstanding the last sentence of subsection D6 of Section 8.44.020 of this chapter, or any other provisions.
