312 chars(ii) In determining the income of the family for the previous 12-month period, the PHA or owner must take into consideration any redetermination of income during the previous 12-month period resulting from an interim reexamination of family income under § 5.657(c) , § 960.257(b) , or § 982.516(c) of this title.
