296 chars(i) The PHA or owner must determine the income of the family for the previous 12-month period and use this amount as the family income for annual reexaminations, except where the PHA or owner uses a streamlined income determination under § 5.657(d) , § 960.257(c) , or § 982.516(b) of this title.
