472 charsCLEAR BOARDING. The boarding of all accessible entry points of a property through the utilization of polycarbonate materials or alternative materials or methods approved of by the Code Official and consistent with fitting and installation requirements approved by the Code Official. CODE OFFICIAL/DIRECTOR. The Director of the Department of Codes and Regulations or any duly authorized representative who is charged with the administration and enforcement of this chapter.
