230 chars(E) Parts. Whenever the words DWELLING UNIT, DWELLING, PREMISES, BUILDING, ROOMING HOUSE, ROOMING UNIT or STORY are stated in this chapter, they shall be construed as though they were followed by the words "or any part thereof."
