That the chief executive officer and the Executive Board of Local 133 willfully and with calculated deliberation adopted and continued in effect the practice and policy of following in the manner described for the purpose of harassing, intimidating and coercing plaintiffs’ customers as prohibited by the Restraining Orders by means of a procedure which would seem legitimate were it not for the atmosphere of fear and the excesses of the following practices set forth above, and if conducted in such a manner as to limit its effect to its stated purpose of identifying customers.
