That notwithstanding the absence of proof regarding the actual identity of the perpetrators of most of the vandalism mentioned in the evidence, it was the intention of the chief executive officer and the Executive Board of Local 133 to take advantage of the fear engendered thereby in directing the continuation of such practice after the issuance of the Restraining Orders herein for the purpose of harassing, intimidating and coercing plaintiffs’ customers in direct violation of said Order.
