385 charsThe trial court judgment was supported by substantial evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. The trial court did not misinterpret or misapply the law. Our ruling in this case makes it unnecessary for us to address the respondents’ alternate theories of recovery (seeking the same relief) asserted in the trial court. Conclusion The judgment is affirmed. All concur. 1
