and Jacqueline E. Finch entered into a “commercial lease” agreement for use of the premises owned by defendant located at 3746 Gran-del Square in St. Louis. The premises were to be used and occupied by Renaissance Catering of which Ms. Finch was president and the registered agent. The lease agreement specifically prohibited the assignment of the lease and the subletting of the premises. The lease limited occupancy of the property to “Tenants own use.”
