361 charsIt is our conclusion that neither the Bedell nor the Powers case is applicable, and that the final determination of the latter would not affect the instant case. For that reason we feel we are not justified in deferring disposition of the plaintiffs' motion for rehearing. The motion for a rehearing is overruled and the request for transfer denied. All concur.
