323 charsThe trial court sustained defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiffs' petition. The motion asserted that the petition stated no ground for relief for the reason that it appears on the face of the petition that the cause of action is barred by statutory limitation, and on the ground of res judicata. Plaintiffs have appealed.
