416 charsTo adopt the meaning for which appellant contends would be to truncate, as to a tenant holding over, the provision of Sec. 441.070, V.A.M.S., that “(n)o notice to quit shall be necessary from or to a tenant whose term is to end at a certain time”. It would also have the effect of extending every lease for a definite period for a month or more, at the will of the tenant. See Smith v. Littlefield, 51 N.Y. 539, 542.
