403 charsOn January 21, 1957, lessor filed an action in which she sought to recover damages for failure of lessees to erect a building on the lot and sought to have the lease cancelled or forfeited for breach of covenant against subleasing without her consent. The first claim has been abandoned. By amendment, lessor sought to collect other damages and to share in the proceeds of the insurance money collected.
