327 chars*102Based upon this precedent, we must agree with the appellees that the circuit court properly granted summary judgment on this claim. Kentucky law provides that the remedy for .breach of an agreement to repair is the cost of the repair. Because the Joiners did not pay for the repairs, they cannot assert a claim for damages.
