493 charsThe first motion seeks to have O’Rourke’s brief stricken for failure to provide sufficient citations to the record on appeal pursuant to CR 76.12. A party takes a significant risk upon failing to provide complete citations to the record. It is not the court’s responsibility to search the record to determine if a party’s factual contentions are supported. Smith v. Smith, 235 S.W.3d 1, 5 (Ky.App.2006). Nevertheless, in. view of our determination of the merits, we deem the motion to be moot.
